Scott Kevin Fleming, 48, passed away Friday, December 11, 2015.He was born in Portsmouth and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. He was preceded in death by his mother Linda Cleare Fleming.He is survived by his father, Daniel G. Fleming; a brother, Keith E.
