Richard Feldpausch
Eagle Age 70, passed away on March 21, 2008. He was born on September 11, 1937 in Westphalia the son of Anthony and Laura (Trierweiler) Feldpausch. Dick was the Mayor of Eagle and also involved in various other village activities. He enjoyed his morning coffee, crossword puzzles, being outdoors especially hunting and picnics with his family. He was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Hazen; brother-in-law, Stanley Gross; nephews Ryan Sandborn and Bruce Cook. Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Loretta; children Jeff (Karen) Feldpausch, Gwen (Keith) Vrooman, Tom (his daughter Shannon "Butch") Feldpausch, Rick (Kristie) Feldpausch, Eric (fiancee Tracy Wiegel) Feldpausch, Ed (Julie) Feldpausch; 19 wonderful and loving grandchildren; 1 great grandchild on the way; Special friend and brother-in-law, Chuck Pennington; 4 sisters and 4 brothers; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Portland, Rev. Larry King, presiding. Rite of Committal will follow at North Eagle Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Monday, March 24, 2008 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge St., Portland.
