Paul Freyer

FREYER, Paul (Cuddy) W. Aug. 4, 1936 - Nov. 11, 2011 Peacefully passed away at Mattawa General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He leaves behind his loving wife Mary-Jo (nee: Nevins) three sons Paul, David, Carl (Jangmi), two daughters Deirdre, Karen and seven beloved grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his brother Raymond (Mildred) and sister, Lenore and many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Carl and sisters Marie Winterstein, Alma Sierakowski and Elsa Harding. His passing will also grieve his sisters and brothers by marriage who thought of him as their "big brother". Cuddy was in business in North Bay for several years and after his retirement opened Cuddy's Antiques in Nipissing Village. There are many close friends who will also miss him greatly. Family will receive visitors at the Martyn Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday Nov. 18. Funeral services will take place Saturday Nov. 19 at 11 AM at Nipissing United Church in Nipissing, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations to World Vision Canada would be appreciated. Arise my love, and greet the morn, A new day dawns - you are reborn. From all your earthly cares set free To soar with angels heavenly. Arise, my love, salute the sun Eternal life has just begun. One day together we will be Forever in eternity.
