Sister Miriam Helen Callahan (Margaret Mary) (1917-2015) died at the Saint Patrick’ s Home, Bronx on July 22, 2015. She entered the Sisters of Charity of New York on September 8, 1936. She ministered at Holy Name School, St. Joseph Academy, Incarnation School, and St. Ignatius of Loyola School, Manhattan; St. Peter School, Richmond; Academy of Mt. St. Vincent, Tuxedo Park. She is survived by several cousins and the Sisters of Charity with whom she has shared life for 81 years. Wake: Friday, July 24th, at Mount Saint Vincent Convent, Riverdale from 2 PM to 6:30 PM with a Prayer Service at 4:30 PM. Mass: Saturday, July 25th at Mount Saint Vincent Convent Riverdale at 10 AM Burial: St Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers, NY In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sisters of Charity of New York.
