GILMER " Funeral services for Betty Lou Lucas, 82, of Gilmer will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with Cliff Ingersoll officiating. Interment will follow at Perryville Cemetery in Wood County. Mrs. Lucas passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015 in Quitman. She was born on December 26, 1932 in Paradise, California to Robert and Edith Branson Haley. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Mrs. Lucas is survived by her sons, Joseph Ford Lucas Jr and wife, Carole of White Oak, Robert Lucas and wife, Deena of Gilmer; Brother, Don Hale of Phrump, Nevada; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Joseph Ford Lucas, her parents, four sisters, and three brothers. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 12 noon until 5:00 P.M.
