Timothy S. Bebout, 66, of Decatur, IN, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015, in the Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born on December 22, 1949, in Adams County, IN, to the late Cleo Eugene and Elnora (Morrison) Bebout.

He was a graduate of Adams Central High School. He served his country in the Air Force National Guard and was a member of the American Legion Post 468 in Berne. Tim first worked for Central Soya and then took a job with the Adams County Highway Department, where he retired from.

Tim is survived by a daughter, Mandi (Mark) Strickler of Decatur; 3 brothers, Thomas Bebout of Pleasant Mills, John “Terry” (Tammy) Bebout of Decatur, and Todd Bebout of Westville; a sister, Carolyn (Tom) Straub of Decatur.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 4, 2016 also at the funeral home with Pastor Daniel York officiating. Burial will take place in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
