Michael J Raines

Michael J. Raines, 41, of Decatur, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital. Michael was born on July 18, 1974 in Decatur to James and Andrea (Hafley) Raines. On September 3, 1994 he married Misty Grube.

Michael was a Truck mechanic/shop foreman for S & J Truck Sales.

Michael is survived by his wife, Misty Raines; parents James and Andrea Raines; two sons, Mason and Matthew Raines and a daughter, Mariah Raines all of Decatur; a brother, Steven Raines of Marion, IL; a sister, Jody Whalen of Ft. Wayne and two grandchildren, Hallie and Eli Conrad; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his faithful companions, Gracie & Bella.

Visitation will be from Noon-4:00 Sunday, December 20, 2015 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home and also on Monday, Dec. 21st from 9:00-10:30 a.m.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2015 at the funeral home with his cousin, Pastor Rick Casebolt officiating.

Memorials are to the Children and Grandchildren Education Fund.
