Francie Duncan Frances Elizabeth Arnzen Duncan, 63, of Paducah, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Baptist Health-Paducah. Francie was born in Paducah on May 24, 1955 to William Joseph Arnzen and Doris Lee Wood Arnzen. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Francie was a trusted babysitter who made an impact on many families. She deeply loved her own family and her greatest joy in life was being a grandmother. She is survived by her husband of forty years, Terry Duncan; children, Lauren Elizabeth (Dillon) Lynn and Matthew Lynn (Alisa) Duncan all of Paducah; grandchildren, Maggie Sue Duncan and Anna Elizabeth Lynn; and siblings, Judy (Paul) Pugh of Lexington, Michael (Becky) Arnzen of Independence, MO and Jerry (Robin) Arnzen of Paducah; and several nieces and nephews. The family is anticipating the arrival of her third grandchild, William Lynn Duncan, very soon. She was preceded in death by her parents. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Friday September 28, 2018 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Brad Whistle officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 5:00 pm until 8:00pm at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
