Eleanor Dolores Ramsey Eleanor was born February 22nd, 1918, and raised in Puyallup, WA, where she graduated from Puyallup High School. Tacoma became her family's hometown until she moved to Poulsbo in 2008 to be near her daughter's family. She died January 18th, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Grady Ramsey, and her brother Edwin Stempinski. She is survived by her daughter Kelly Hadley, son-in-law Karl Hadley, granddaughter Christina Hadley and grandson Jay Hadley of Poulsbo, Washington, her sisters Genevieve Hudson of Seattle and Josephine Johnsen of Tacoma, niece Ronna O'Donnell of Auburn, and nephews James Hudson, Jr. (Shari) and Robert Hudson (Lisa) of Seattle. She enjoyed her church affiliations in Tacoma, and St Olaf's Church in Poulsbo. While in Tacoma she was active in the Altar Society. For 50 years she grew and nurtured a beautiful garden of roses admired by family, friends, and neighbors. She will be missed. Family and friends are invited to her memorial service Thursday, February 7th, 2013, 1 PM, at the Calvary Cemetery in Tacoma. Memorials may be made to the National MS Society or to St. Olaf's Church in Poulsbo.
