Regina Winot

Regina A. Winot, 83, of Enfield, the widow of Edgar Winot, entered into her eternal rest on Tuesday April 29, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. She was born on April 11, 1925 in Newport, VT daughter of the late Clyde and Pearle (Mitchell) Barber and had resided in Enfield for over 50 years. Prior to her retirement in 1997 Regina was employed as a chef at the Westminster School in Simsbury for many years. Regina is survived by three sisters, Patricia Lezon of Newport, VT, Shirley Forrest and Betty Gibson both of Hudson, MA, a special niece, Tina Nadeau of Enfield along with many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Phyla Hovey and Mona McCaffrey and two brothers, Cleveland and Lester Barber. At the request of Regina there will be no calling hours. A Graveside Service will be held at the convenience of her family in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Newport, VT. Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd.
