Linda Marie Blackwell
Linda M. Blackwell, 62, of Trenton, NJ, died on Saturday, August 29, 2015, at the Mercerville Center, Mercerville, NJ. Born in Doylestown, Linda was raised in Lambertville. She moved to Trenton 26 years ago. She was a machine operator with Atlantic Springs in Flemington for 23 years. Linda enjoyed scrapbooking, camping and stock car racing. She loved reading the Bible and sharing its message with others. She loved her family and treasured the time they spent together. Linda was the daughter of the late John and Irene Hoagland Stout, the sister of the late John Stout, Jr. and Robin Cwiek and the daughter-in-law of the late William R. Blackwell, Sr. She is survived by her beloved husband William R. Blackwell, Jr., her children Daphne Conklin of Hightstown and John Blackwell (wife Casey) Blackwell of Frenchtown, NJ; her granddaughter Courtney Conklin, of Hightstown; her sisters and their husbands Rena and Dana Wood of Lambertville, Myrtle and Dennis Wersinger of Starbuck, Minnesota; and Melody and James Brown of Hagerstown, MD; her mother-in-law Frances Blackwell of Trenton; her sisters-in-law Linda Guy of Trenton and Dawn Stout of Phillipsburg; and her many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 12:30 pm at the Holcombe-Riverview Cemetery, Delaware Township, NJ. There will be a reception immediately following on October 17 from 1 to 5 pm at the American Legion Toscani Post, N. Union Street and Cherry Street, Lambertville, NJ 08530.
