Beverly Adkins

Beverly Jean Adkins, 57 of Oak Hill, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born February 10, 1959 in Hinton, WV, Beverly was a very loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a very caring and loving person, who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had a wonderful smile and sense of humor that would light up any room. Beverly Jean is preceded in death by her mother, Faye Adkins, father James Adkins, sisters Drema Adkins, Gail Hamilton and brothers Lucian Adkins, Carlos Adkins and James Adkins Jr. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Treadway, Jennifer's husband, Justin, sons Shannon Adkins and companion, Melanie Fleming, David Williams and companion, Ami Smith, grandsons, Hunter Adkins and Houston Adkins, sisters Erma Smith, Geneva Sue Compton, Reba Lee Williamson, Permella Broussand, Anna Sulikowski, Rose Marie Williams, Mildred Lynn Bishop, Debra Boisjolie and Lisha Busby, and brothers Guy Adkins and Jeffrey Adkins. Services for Ms. Adkins will be conducted at 1pm Friday, November 11, 2016 at the High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Pastor Steve Hysell and Pastor Larry Humprey officiating. Interment will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday from 11am-1pm. Pallbearers will be Shannon Adkins, David Williams, Justin Treadway, Justin Adkins, Tyler Pack and Jonathan Adkins.
