Anne O'Brien

Anne Marie O’Brien, 50, of Silver Lake, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2010, at her daughter’s residence in Paddock Lake. Born on August 10, 1959, in Worth, IL, she was the daughter of the late Alice Goodyear. She was a graduate of Ford Beauty School in Chicago. In 1991, she moved to Kenosha and in 2007 to Silver Lake to make her home. Anne was the owner and operator of Salon Sage Spa & Herbs, where she was loved as an herb specialist and stylist. Anne was a member of Light Foundation Church of Today, Certified Natural Health Professionals and Nature’s Sunshine. She enjoyed her grandbabies, flower gardening and taking walks. Surviving are her husband: Tom O’Brien of Silver Lake; two daughters: Cindy (Thomas) Mateja, N.D. of Paddock Lake and Nicole (Anthony Schopp) Foras, M.D. of Waterford, WI; a son: Billy Foster of Trevor; her five grandchildren: Brianna, Phoenix, Scarlet, Soleil and Victor; three sisters: Elizabeth Escalante of Chicago, IL, Lillian (Scott) Hubl of Bridgeview, IL, and Alice (Philip) Pitluck of Beverly, IL; and five brothers: Vincent (Grace) Goodyear, Jr. of Berwyn, IL, Harold Goodyear of Chicago, IL, Walter (Carol) Goodyear of Mokena, IL, Fred (MariAnn) Goodyear of Romeoville, IL, and Tommy Goodyear of Bridgeview, IL. She was preceded in death by her mother and a brother, David.
