Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Taylor). Loving father of Jennifer Payne and Laura Payne (Phillip Johnston). Dear brother of Carl (Josie), Gerald (Laurie), Lloyd and Terry (Leah). He was predeceased by his parents Luella and Austin Payne.</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Kevin's life on Monday, July 13th from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland.
