<p>Pattemore, Iona Marion</p><p>(nee Horner)</p><p>Long time employee at Brockville General Hospital and Member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 96.</p><p><br></p><p>Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Monday, September 30, 2013 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of John Pattemore. Loving mother of Wallace Lamothe (the late Arlene), Donna Metlin (Ralph), Gary Lamothe (Sue) and Richard Lamothe. Stepmother of Beverley Pattemore and Molly Pattemore. Cherished grandmother of Kevin, Raymond, Troy (Sharon), Nicole (Ryan), Daniel, Lisa and Laura. Step grandmother of John (Karen) and Jeff (Rhonda). Great-grandmother of Olivia, Julia, Emmett, Kelton and Celeste. Step great grandmother of Krista, Kyle and Brooke. Lovingly remembered by sisters-in-law Beatrice Woods and Helen Cavanaugh and by daughter-in-law Tina. Predeceased by her first husband Basil Lamothe, a son Ronald Lamothe, her grandchildren Diane, Amy and Michael Lamothe and a sister Doris Zimmerling.</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with a Legion Memorial Tribute commencing at 6:45 pm. A ceremony celebrating Iona's life will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11 am followed by interment at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Legion Poppy Fund or St. Lawrence Lodge will be gratefully acknowledged.
