Lance Mitchell Riley, 23, of Appleton, was welcomed from this world by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins Jason and baby Kayleigh. He was born February 24, 1992, in Russellville, son of Maury Walley and Amy Riley. He was a big teddy bear: a good kid with a big heart. He was loved by many and a friend to most. We’ll miss his bear hugs and big smiles. He is survived by his mother, Amy Riley and fiancé Rodney Dixon; father, Maury Walley; brothers, Logan Riley and Tyler David Walley; sisters, Lakin Riley and Maury Ann Walley; grandparents, Maxine Howard (Ronnie), Gary Riley and wife Brenda, and Maggie Ann McNair; and aunts and uncles, Angie and husband Kenny Watkins, Jamy Riley and wife Becky, Shari and husband Brian Ripetto, Amanda and husband Zar Zamora, Krissy Riley (Justin), Matt Howard and wife Kristen, and D’Ann Clark (Cory); great-grandmother, Loeta Owens; and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 25, at Hector First Assembly of God Church with Bro. Shane Williams and Bro. Charlie McAlister officiating. Burial is in Walnut Grove Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 5:00-7:00 PM, Wednesday, at Lemley Chapel. Pallbearers are Jimmy Mosley, Thomas Grisham, Kenny Watkins, David Bird, Ronnie Curtis, Jr., and Nathan Pruitt. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor may be made to the Lance Riley Funeral Fund, c/o Lemley Funeral Service, P.O. Box 126, Atkins, AR 72823.
