Linda Carol Isom

Linda Carol Isom, 59, of Ft. Smith died Friday, October 2, 2009, at her home. She was born October 19, 1949, in Monette, AR, daughter of the late James and Zella Adams Hitt. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bobby Hitt. She was certified nurses aide and a member of the Heritage Baptist Church. Funeral is 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at Lemley Funeral Chapel, Bro. Andy Piercy, Bro. Joe Taylor and Bro. David Bishop officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Burial is at Oakland Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service. She is survived by her husband, Rick Isom of Ft. Smith, 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Ricky and Melanie of Alma, Jack and Audra of Ft. Smith and Scott and Chanthavy of Ft. Smith, 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and Keith Byrum of Pottsville, Malinda and Nathan James of Ft. Smith, 3 brothers, James Hitt of Bristol, TN, Larry Hitt of Ft. Smith and Ricky of Ft. Smith, sister, Shelby Hitt of Ft. Smith, grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Emily, Grant, Dalton, Zachary and Melody. Pallbearers will be Nathan James, Keuth Byrum, Brandon Isom, Steve Isom, Luke Johnson, Acencion Trejo.
