He was born November 9, 1945, in Fullerton, California, son of the late Willard and Margie Chadwick Hoover. He is survived by a sister, Margie Duncan; nephews and nieces, Rodney Bridgeman, Dawn and husband Chris Reynolds, John Philpot, and Janet and husband Roy Gene Beavers; 8 great-nieces; 3 great-nephews; 4 great-great-nieces; 9 great-great-nephews; and his little special friend, BooBoo.
