Pauline Farmer

Pauline Farmer, Age 83 of Richlands, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at Heritage Hall Nursing Home at Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Born October 24, 1933, at Grundy, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late William “Willie” Skeens and Chloe Stiltner Skeen. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers; Agie, Wallace, Dottie and Willie Skeens, Jr., three sisters; Etta Potter, Eliza Jane Meadows, and Emma Jean Addingdon and special friend Boone Stiltner. SURVIVORS INCLUDE Two Daughters Barbara Colley of Michigan Brenda Herron of Tennessee One Son Dwayne Farmer of Virginia Five Grandchildren Six Great Grandchildren 2 Great Great Grandchildren Two Brothers Billy Skeens and wife Nola of Abingdon, Virginia Delph Skeens of Big Rock, Virginia One Sister Betty Lou Dale and husband Vadie of Richlands, Virginia Graveside services for Pauline Farmer will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016, 11 AM at Mountain Valley Memorial Park Big Rock, Virginia, with Mike Rife officiating. Virginia Funeral Home of Grundy is in charge of arrangements.
