John B. Barr 1954 - 2016 John Barr passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at St Joseph’s Hospital, Estevan, SK at the age of 62 years. John’s career as a welder brought him to Estevan about 4 years ago and even though the available work had dried up he liked the town so much he decided to stay. John is survived by his wife Dawn Elliott of London, ON; sisters, Rev. Geri (Neville) Johnston of Brockville, ON, Judy Barr Innes of Regina, SK and one brother Jim Barr of Regina, SK as well as their children and grandchildren. John is predeceased by his parents, Belle and Byron Barr, late of Harrietsville, Ontario and brother in law David Innes of Regina, SK. John’s ashes will be taken home to be interred with his Mother and Dad in Aylmer, Ontario cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Estevan Humane Society, PO Box 1095 Estevan, SK. The family wishes to acknowledge the kindness shown by staff at St Joseph’s Hospital. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Hall Funeral Services, Estevan.Obituary
