Keith Calapp

Shakespear said, "Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind." Love is that emotion most esteemed by the Lord. According to some, it includes such feelings as reverence, tenderness, affection and worship. This particular emotion helps people in their relationship with others, especially their relation ship with God. Jesus said, "...thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment..." (Mark 12:30)Keith James Calapp, age 71, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at his home in Elk Grove, California. He was born September 18, 1946 in Richmond, California to Kenneth Calapp and Vera (Hardesty) Calapp. He graduated from Sacramento High School in 1965. He married his high school sweetheart, Shirley Ann Larson, November 5, 1966. They have 5 children. Keith graduated from Cosumnes River College in 1994 with a major in Business and Computer Technology. After gaining experience and knowledge of technical PC services, in network, hardware, and software systems while employed at The Money Store and Waste Management, he opened his own business, Mobile PC Tech, providing service to businesses and the general public from January 2000 to January 2013. Keith enjoyed his garden, his Koi pond, spending time with family and friends. He had a wonderful knack for solving problems in the home and on computers. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Shirley, sons Steven, Kevin and Scott, daughters Julie and Kristen, 15 grandchildren, and his sister Sara Horrocks, and a brother Dywane Calapp. A viewing will be held Friday Nov 10, 2017 from 5-8 at The Herberger Family Funeral Chapel 9101 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove 95624. A Service will be held Saturday November 11, 2017 at 11 am, (family arrive at 10 am) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on 8679 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove 95624.
