Albert Franklin Mercer, 95, passed away on September 14, 2016 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born in Manatoba, Canada to Ollie and Esther Mercer. Frank, as he was known to his family and friends, served 6 years in the Canadian Air Force and was honorably discharged. He married his beloved wife, Sylvia on December 24, 1945 in London, England. Together they moved to Lake Havasu 12 years ago, coming from Washington State, where they lived for 35 years. Frank will be truly missed by his family and friends. Frank is survived by his wife of 70 years, Sylvia Mercer of Lake Havasu City, AZ.; sons, Ron, Bob and Jeff Mercer; grandchildren, Bree, Skye, Cody, Colt and Brent.
