Manuel M. Santos Jr., 76, died Friday, February 14, 2020. Born in Newark, he lived in North Arlington for 44 years before moving to Brick 3 years ago. He worked at Boiling Springs Savings Bank in Rutherford as a facilities & safety manager for 10 years before retiring 7 years ago. Earlier, he worked as an engineering & site manager for Atlantic Design Company in Springfield for 35 years. He was a former member of the Lyndhurst Elk’s Club and the North Arlington Lions Club. Manuel was the beloved husband of Maria J. ( nee DaCosta ); the devoted father of Mario and his wife Michele, Mike and his wife Sharon, Mark and his wife Daneen and Matthew and his wife Jennifer; the cherished grandfather of Michael, Dylan, Larissa, Jordan, Alec, Nikolas, Connor and Kendra; and the dear brother of Ana DaSilva. Funeral from the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Rd., North Arlington on Tuesday, February 18th at 9 a.m. thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington for the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.
