Dallis Mitchel Palmer, 22, Paola, Kansas passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020 near Paola, Kansas. Visitation will be 1:00 -2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Bruce Funeral Home, 712 S. Webster, Spring Hill, Kansas 66083 (913-592-2244). A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hillsdale Presbyterian Church, Hillsdale, Kansas. Condolences may be left at www.brucefuneralhome.com Dallis was born on August 30, 1997 in Overland Park, Kansas to Michelle Ann (Jackson) and Clint Mitchel Palmer. He was a lifelong area resident, graduating from Prairie View High School in 2016. Dallis attended the Hillsdale Presbyterian Church. Dallis enjoyed reading, listening to music, riding 4 wheelers and fishing. He loved to spend time with his family and valued time praying. Dallis is survived by his parents Michelle and Clint of Paola, Kansas and siblings Aubrey Tezza, Tampa, Florida and Kenny Palmer, Osawatomie, Kansas.
