Sarah Jude

Sarah Ann Jude, 89 of Chapmanville, WV, widow of Anderson Jude, went home to heaven on February 13, 2020 at Harbor Healthcare at Ironton, OH. She was born April 6, 1930 at Logan, WV to the late Noah and Sally Conley. In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by two sons, David Jude and Randy Jude and her brothers and sisters. She is survived by three sons, Zane Jude, Larry Jude, and James Jude; four daughters, Cathy Thornburg, Brenda Barnett, Emma Mannon, and Charlotte Fielder. She also leaves behind 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Akers-James Funeral Home at Logan with Pastor Scotty Maynard officiation. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the time of the service Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Heartland Hospice of Ironton, OH or Appalachian Service Project who repaired her home for several years.
