Anna B. Slone Hicks, age 78, of Garrett, KY, passed away Friday, February 14, 2020, at Hazard Appalachian Reg. Med. Ct. in Hazard, KY. She was born at Hindman, KY on January 16, 1942 to Hobert Slone and Mabel B. Smith Slone. Survived by: Husband - Weddle Hicks Son - James Kenneth (Linda) Hicks Daughters - Linda Sue (Harold) Dixon, Ann Marie Hicks Grandchildren - Joshua C. Hicks, Amanda H. Dill, Trishanna "Nikki" Anderson, Tiffany S. Hicks, Michel A. Hicks and Lucas M. Bills 9 Great Grandchildren Brothers - Grayson Slone and Sherrill Slone Sisters - Carolyn Triplett, Colleen Childers and Dana Slone Host of Nieces and Nephews Preceded in death by Parents - Hobert and Mabel Slone Brothers - Phillip Slone and his Wife - Jearline, Mason Slone and his Wife - Madeline and Michael Slone Sister - Anita Clark Funeral services for Anna B. Slone Hicks will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Monday, February 17, 2020 at 10:00AM with Raymond Lawson and Clinton Holland officiating. Burial will follow at the Slone Family Cemetery at Mousie, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Saturday after 6PM and anytime Sunday with additional services Sunday evening at 7PM.
