Patricia Ann Gault, 74 of Tyrone died Thursday February 13, 2020. She was born on November 29, 1945 in Tyrone, the daughter of the late Nevin and Amelia (Bonsell) McFarland. On June 16, 1993 in Winchester, VA she married Joseph Gault who survives. Also surviving are one daughter: Cris (Larry) Hunter; four sons: Rob (Tracy), Brian (Rachel), Ron (Elizabeth), and Adam (Katie) Detwiler; 19 grandchildren: Larry Jr., Brittany, Chad, Alesia, Beth, Brooke, AJ, Isaac, MacKenzie, Lily, Aiden, Amelia, Andrew, Macy, Abram, Brielle, Ben, Zac and Adam; six great-grandchildren: Tyler, Emily, Khloee, Cora, Peighton and Elijah; six siblings: George McFarland of Bellwood, Molly McFarland of Tyrone, Frank and Nevin McFarland Jr. both of Michigan City, IN, Tim McFarland of Bellwood and Sue McFarland of Bradford; a sister-in-law: Noreen Gault of Tyrone; extended family: son Billy McElwain, grandson Owen McElwain and godchild Ryleigh Dillon; and beloved dog Elsa. Pat was a 1963 graduate of Tyrone Area Highschool. She retired in 2019 from API Tech as a Lead Operator. She attended Grace Baptist Church. Pat was a member of the Eastern Star serving in the past as a worthy matron, a member of the Blazing Arrow Hook and Ladder Fire Company Auxiliary, and a member of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club PA 39 who she enjoyed trips with in the summer. She enjoyed sewing, events at the firehall, cooking and having large family dinners and especially loved football Fridays. A 1:00 pm memorial service for Patricia Ann Gault will be held on February 22, 2020 at the Church of the Good Shepherd Tyrone with pastor Eric Shafer officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to One Dog at a Time, 155 Macintosh Dr., Palmyra, PA 17078. Arrangements are under the care of the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc.
