Peacefully passed away at Southlake Residential Care Village, Newmarket on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 98 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Mel Dwyer. Loving mom of late Patricia (late Wally) Scougall. Proud Nana of Matthew, Beverley and Glenn (Allison). Cherished "GG" of Zoe and Emma. Thelma will also be fondly remembered by Lucy Scougall.
