Hutton, Harvey Edward Passed away peacefully, but unexpectedly, at St. Mary's Hospital on Sunday January 15, 2017 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Norma (nee Marshall) for 54 years. Loving father of Jeni Hutton (Ed Mathewson) and Kali Hutton (Rob McArthur). Proud Papa of Ali and Austin Richter, and Greydon McArthur. Survived by his sister Carol (Paul) Dawson and sister-in-law Sheila Hutton. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Ed and Ethel Hutton and family members Dorothy McDonald, Ron (Bev) Hutton and his twin brother Stan Hutton. Harv was retired from Conestoga College, an active member of Kitchener-Conestoga Probus Club, a former member of the Retired Business Men's Club and was a longtime, active member of Parkminster United Church. He also volunteered at Grand River Hospital. Cremation has taken place. Harvey's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday January 20, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Memorial Service will be held at Parkminster United Church, 275 Erb St East, Waterloo on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 2 pm. Reception to follow in the church hall. As expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation, Regional Cancer Centre or Parkminster United Church (cards available at the funeral home).
