Johnnie R. Bailey, 77, of Pottsville, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at Legacy Heights Nursing in Russellville. She was born September 4, 1940, in Sulfur Rock, daughter of the late Joe and Hazel Green Sanders. She loved her kids and grandkids and was known as ‘grandma to all.’ She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Elliot Bailey; and a son, Gary Dean Bailey. She is survived by a son, Cavin Derrick Bailey and wife Dannielle of Pottsville; grandson, Matthew William Bailey of North Little Rock; and granddaughter, Kaitlinn Elizabeth Bailey of Pottsville. Visitation is from 11:00-noon, Monday, November 27, at Lemley Chapel in Atkins. Funeral services will follow at noon with Rev. Jeremy Mathis officiating. Private burial is in Walnut Grove Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Pallbearers are Dale Stroud, Larry Huffman, Matt Bailey and Kevin Harris.
