<p>Passed away peacefully at his home at the age of 94 yrs on Sunday, November 19, 2017 with the loving care of dedicated Community Care Partners and family. Husband of Glenda for 61 years, loving father of Brian (Caroline), David (Jody), Susan and family. So proud to be gramps to Dana, Ross (Caitlin), Ian, Jamie, Jason, Bruce, Alexander and Derek, and great-gramps to Alison. The loves of his life. Canon Burns was a longtime rector at Trinity Anglican Church for over 24 years. </p><p><br></p><p>Evensong will be celebrated in the Parish of St. Lawrence Church on Wednesday, December 27th at 2 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Primate's World Relief Fund, the Brockville Arts Centre or the Brockville Curling Club will be gratefully acknowledged.
