Joseph Orsini

Joseph A. Orsini age 79 of Lavallette, NJ died Thursday, December 13, 2018, at Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ, he lived in Rockaway Twsp. before moving to Lavallette in 1994 after summering there since 1948. Joe proudly served in the US Army National Guard from 1959-1965. He retired from AT&T in 1994 which was his very first job from High School. Predeceased by his wife, Karen Orsini, father, Albert Orsini, and Mother, Grace Orsini. Survived by his children Dr. Michael Orsini of Greensboro, NC; 2 daughters and sons-in-laws Theresa "Terri" and Dan Widdis of Knowlton Twsp., NJ and Geraldine and Michael Cohan of Hackettstown, NJ, 2 brothers and sister-in-laws Vincent and Jackie Orsini of Bloomfield, NJ, Anthony and Michele Orsini of Monroe, NJ, 6 grandchildren Cassady, Tony, Alexandra, Jasmine, Kaitlyn, and Brandon. The family will receive friends at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 706 Grand Central Ave., Lavallette, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Bonaventure RC Church, Lavallette, NJ.
