Caryl Beth Dalton, 91, of Richland Center met her Savior on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Harvest Guest Home. She was born in Richland County on September 17, 1924, the daughter of Charles E. and Lucia L. (Fairbrother) Barnhart. Following her graduation from Richland Center High School, she then graduated from Richland County Normal. Caryl taught in the Boscobel area for two years. She met Arlin Dalton and they married June 28, 1946, and they celebrated nearly 54 years of marriage. They were active lifelong members of the Free Methodist Church. Caryl enjoyed reading, babysitting, cooking, teaching Sunday School, and children in general. Caryl is survived by Her daughters Sheila Davis of Bad Axe, Michigan Sharon Dalton of Richland Center 2 granddaughters: Laura Beth Davis and Carol Elizabeth Davis One sister in law: Bonita Dalton of North Clayton, Wisconsin Nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Caryl was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arlin, two sisters: Riethal Barnhart and Eula (Barnhart) Richardson. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the PRATT MEMORIAL CHAPEL. Pastor Eric Anderson will officiate and burial will be in the Blue River Cemetery. Friends may call at the PRATT MEMORIAL CHAPEL on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 until service time at 11:00.
