Mary Rendon Rivera

Mary Rendon Rivera, age 97 of Plymouth, passed away on January 21, 2020. Mary was born in Cedar Springs, Texas on September 2, 1922 to her parents, John B. and Santos (nee Domezs) Rendon. She is the beloved wife of the late Basilio Rivera who passed away in 1979; devoted mother of Rose Baker, Susie Wagner, Felix (Carrie) Rivera, Fred Rivera, Mary Ann (Ray) Coram, David Rivera, Mary Sue (Jim) Raisigel and Marcie (Matt) Klepack. Proud grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her sister, Lupe Solis. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and three of her children – Elizabeth Rocha, Basilio Rivera, Jr., and Paul Rivera and many friends and relatives. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of her family of loved ones and all whose life was touched by her. Mary was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. She lived a life of undying love for her family and caring for them. Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Thursday, January 23rd from 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and on Friday, January 24th from 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Please join us with her family to celebrate her life at a funeral service that will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, January 25th beginning at 10:00 A.M.
