Arthur Fredie Henderson Saltville, VA Arthur Fredie Henderson, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the Valley Health Care Center in Chilhowie, VA. Fredie loved going to church. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed talking about them. He was preceded in death by his parents, King and Lucille Henderson; his brother, Ray “Eukie” Henderson. Fredie is survived by his son, Josh “TJ” Hendrson; one brother, Carl Henderson of Crestview FL; one sister, Joyce Henderson of Rural Retreat, VA; sister-in-law, Teena Henderson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Henderson Funeral Home with Pastor Barry Loupe and Pastor Tracy Puckett officiating. The entombment will be following in the Mount Rose Mausoleum with military rites by the Marion V.F.W. post 4667 and the Air Force Honor Guard. The family will be receiving friends from 12 until 2 p.m. prior to the service. Special thanks to caregivers, Teena Henderson, special friend Pete Garcia, Valley Health Care Center, and also all of his church friends and family for their love, and prayers.
