Eleanore Margaret Evans (nee Gebert) "Ellie" "Aunt No-No" Entered into Eternal Life on Thursday, January 9, 2020, at the age of 95 years. Loving mother of Jackie (Marty) Gargulak, Jeri (John) Rypel and Joelyn (Scott) Wunderlich. Cherished grandma of Sam, Joe and Andy Gargulak, Evan (Dana Walas), Jamie and Nick Rypel, and Claire and Ben Wunderlich. Preceded in death by her devoted husband and best friend, Warren Evans, her dear parents, Bill and Anna (Brandl) Gebert and her adoring siblings, Walt (Marie, Dorothy), Hans (Betty), Sandy (Virginia) Gebert, Obie (Mike) Bliesner, and Toots (Vic) Marks. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and dear god daughter, Vicki (Don) Wade. Eleanore was born and raised in Milladore, Wisconsin. She moved to Milwaukee at age 18 where she later met and married her husband of 44 years, Warren in 1960. She was a dedicated wife and mother first and foremost. She treasured her three daughters and especially loved her role as Grandma. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and fishing at her cottage on Green Lake and had many talents including cooking, baking, knitting, sewing, and gardening. She will be dearly missed by everyone that knew her. Private interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Family and friends will be invited to a celebration of Eleanore’s life that will take place at a later date. Memorial to your charity of choice.
