TJ Auby Palmer, Massachusetts Obituary

TJ Auby

Palmer-Thomas Jerold "TJ" Auby, 31, sadly lost his battle to addiction on December 30, 2019. He was born November 1, 1988, the beloved son of Thomas G. and Jane (Yakum) Auby of Palmer. TJ has lived in Palmer for most of his life. Growing up, he enjoyed playing football, snowboarding and playing the guitar. He graduated from Holyoke Catholic High School and went on to pursue his education with C & C training at Pathfinder. As a tool maker, TJ had been working at Dielectrics in Chicopee, where his sense of humor and quick wit was appreciated. TJ loved working on his Saab and going to car shows. His knack for poetry was a true gift along with being a self-taught musician. More than anything, TJ loved being a Dad and spending time with his son. His parents will forever cherish the memory of their youngest son. TJ's love will also remain with his son, who was the light of his life, Mason Auby, his siblings, Lianne Azevedo of Wilbraham, Kathy O'Brien Piscitelli of FL, Karen Scheurer of Brookfield along with 17 nieces and nephews and 21 great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his best Uncle Jerry, and mother to his son, Amanda Kingston. Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 8th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church with burial in St. Anne's Cemetery. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m.. In lieu of flowers, kindly make to benefit his son, Mason through Go Fund Me or the account that has been set up at Country Bank, Mason Charles Auby Benefit fund.
