Flora Estella Smith, born in Akron, OH November 10th 1919, met her Savior Friday December 27th 2019 at 6:30am comfortably in her home at Merion Gardens, Carneys Point, NJ. In her younger years, Flora had been employed by DuPont, but left there to raise her family. Flora's life could be characterized by 3 passions; her love of Jesus, her love of family, and her pursuit of healthy living. Predeceased by her husband, Bertis F. Smith, and her granddaughter, Holly Marie, she is survived by her 2 children, David Smith (Charlotte) of Pennsville, and Carol Hedrick (Ken) of Manheim PA, 6 granddaughters, Brieanna, Yvonne, Kristy, Pamela, Tanya and Samantha, and 5 great grandchildren. Committed to the pursuit of knowing her Savior, Jesus Christ, Flora left this place as a sojourner seeking her Eternal Home.
