Henry Joe Moore, 89, of Crosby, Texas, passed from this life on May 18, 2015. Henry was born Oct. 1, 1925, in West Virginia to parents, Clay & Myrtle Moore. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II and made a living as a truckdriver for the Steel industry. He is preceded in death by his parents and by one daughter, Dorothy Humphrey; by two sisters, Mary Martin and Clara Macheal; one brother, Al Moore and one granddaughter, Nicki Moore. He is lovingly survived by children, Jim Moore & wife, Diane and Patty Balcerowicz & husband Ray; and by Misty Kobow; by brothers, Bill and Clayton Moore; and by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. A visitation will be held Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Carter Funeral Home from 6-8:00 p.m. with services to celebrate his life at 11:00 am. Friday, May 22, 2015, in Carter’s Chapel.
