<p>Thomas Reed Hendrix, 65 of Woodland, GA passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026, at Emory University Hospital Midtown, Atlanta, GA.</p><p><br></p><p></p><p>Thomas was born on August 19, 1960, in LaGrange, GA, the son of Clifford Reed Hendrix and Lilian Dionne Hendrix Erickson. He was a retired commercial truck driver. After driving for many years, he loved to be at home. He loved outdoors fishing and hunting. He spent many hours working on small engine repairs for everyone who needed help in Talbot County. He was preceded in death by his father Clifford Hendrix.<br></p><p><br></p><p></p><p>He is survived by his mother Lillian Dionne Erickson, Carpio, ND, daughters Amanda (James) Nix and Jennifer Hendrix, grandchildren Dylan Goble and Matthew Wilcox all of Dalton, GA sister Lisa (Danny Bugh) Hendrix of Milner, GA, Michael Hendrix of Florida, Randy (Angela) Hendrix of LaGrange, GA, his fiancé who he always referred to at his wife of many years Robin Dunn of Woodland, GA, several nieces and nephews.<br></p><p><br></p><p></p><p>Mr. Hendrix wishes were to be cremated and have his family hold private services.
