<p>John Lewis O’Harra</p><p>RENO - It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of: John L. O’Harra, III</p><p><br></p><p>7/2/49-3/2/26</p><p><br></p><p>Beloved Son, Brother, Uncle, Friend, Catdad, Stepdad to Matthew & Tony and Beloved Husband of Laurie. </p><p><br></p><p>Forever In Our Hearts</p><p><br></p><p>John graduated from Reno High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno. Later, he began bartending at the “Beautiful Club Cal Neva” in downtown Reno, a career which he enjoyed for over 6 decades while working at several establishments. John loved his work and made many, many friends. The people and camaraderie he had with all his customers made him truly happy. He loved each of his customers and they loved him.</p><p><br></p><p>His career unfortunately ended in 2023 due to a stroke and the start of kidney dialysis.</p><p><br></p><p>John was a very special man and will be missed. </p><p>A Celebration of John’s Life will be held on June 28, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Rancho San Rafael, the Pagoda.</p><p>Please contact Laurie at 775/530-6040 with your address if you’d like to attend.</p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements by Cremation Society of Nevada-Affinity. 775/322-9200.</p>July 2, 1949 - March 2, 202607/02/194903/02/2026
