<p>Mary H. Rodgers, 64, of Allentown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Mary was the wife of Mark L. Rodgers, and they would have celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary this coming September. Born in Allentown, Mary was the daughter of the late Dr. John and Helen (Maley) Kucharczuk.</p><p><br></p><p>Mary worked as a Chemical Engineer for Air Products prior to her retirement. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and her MBA from Lehigh University. Mary and her husband were members of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Allentown, where she was a dedicated volunteer and served as the past President of the Women's Guild. Outside of volunteering, some of Mary’s greatest joys were knitting with her friends, traveling with her family, and sitting in the front row at the Broadway Show, Kinky Boots.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her husband Mark, children Amy and Michael Rodgers as well as their partners Peter Ormsby and Francesca D’Agostino, brother Dr. John C. Kucharczuk and his wife, Kristen.</p><p><br></p><p>A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday May 16, 2026, at 10:00am at St. Thomas More Church, 1040 Flexer Ave. Allentown. There will be no calling period prior to Mass.
