<p>HALL: Terrence Herbert Hall-It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Terrence Herbert Hall, known lovingly to all as "Terry" and to those closest to him as "Hooah" on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at VON Sakura House Hospice in Woodstock, Ontario, at the age of 77 years old. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Dorothy (Gilbert). Terry was predeceased by his beloved wife, Sandra Hall. He is lovingly survived by his sons, Tiran (Lisa) and Triton (Tiffany), his brother Douglas (Sonia) and sister in law Sharlene (Iain) Gordon and all those whose lives he touched. Predeceased by his sisters Marion, Helen, Dorine, and Barbara, and his brothers Reginald and Winston. Terry was a lifelong resident of Waterford, Ontario, where he built a life defined by dedication, service and an unwavering love for the game of golf. Beginning in 1973, he served Norfolk County as an Environmental Services Technologist for over 50 years, a remarkable career that reflected his deep commitment to his community and the environment he helped protect. His colleagues and the residents of Norfolk County benefited greatly from his decades of faithful service. When Terry wasn't at work, there was one place you could almost certainly find him, on the golf course. A proud and devoted member of Fescues Edge Golf Club, he spent countless hours doing what he loved most, enjoying the game, the fresh air, and the company of fellow golfers. The course was his second home, and those who played alongside him will forever cherish the rounds they shared. Terry will be remembered as a man of quiet strength, steadfast dedication, and a deep love for his family, his work, and his time on the green. He lived a full and meaningful life, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Terry’s Life will be held on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, from 2:00 till 6:00 p.m. at Fescues Edge Golf Club — a place that meant the world to him. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial donation in memory of Terry are asked to consider First Tee - Ontario,1333 Dorval Dr Unit 1, Oakville, Ontario L6M 4X7 or an organization dedicated to introducing young people to the game he loved so dearly.
