<p>Brenda Louise DuBose</p><p>03/29/1951 - 01/23/2026</p><p><br></p><p>Brenda Louise DuBose, 74, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026 at EAMC in Opelika, Alabama.</p><p><br></p><p>She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Lawrence Bo DuBose, her parents, Louise Pratt and Robert E Gates, step-mother, Zelma Pat Gates, son-in-law, James Berry and her beloved Cujo.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by Daughter, Kimblin DuBose Berry, Son, Timothy Bubba DuBose, Sisters, Wanda (Randall) Parker, Dorothy Jean Willis, Brothers, James (Elaine) Gates, Bobby (Sandra) Gates. Step-Sisters, Delores Palmer, Nancy (Donald) Walton, Dale (Bill) Turnip seed, Step-Brother, Jimmy(Teresa) Evans, Grandchildren Jay (Alyson) Berry, Cody (Allie) Berry, Lane (Keri) Berry, Haley (Nathan) Gossett, Hannah DuBose, Kristie DuBose, Magan (Scooby) Seamon and 15 Great-Grandchildren including Maddie Ledbetter that held a special place in her heart.</p><p><br></p><p>Nanny, as she was known by most loved her family, spending time at the casino and her Auburn Tiger’s Football.
