<p><p>Evelene Crum</p><br> <p>1951 ~ 2025</p><br> <p>Evelene Crum 74, of Lloyd KY went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington Kentucky following an extended illness.</p><br> <p>She was born in Greenup County Kentucky on February 6, 1951, a daughter of the late Leslie Woodrow &amp; Pauline Harlow Tussey.</p><br> <p>She was a member of the Walnut Hill Church of God, a graduate of Wurtland High School Class of 1969. She was a master seamstress always mending and making clothing for her family and friends. She loved to bake and cook for her children and grandchildren and loved it when they bragged about what she had prepared. She was also a storyteller, always making up stories to tell her kids. The love of God and her family was the most important things in her life. &nbsp;</p><br> <p>She was preceded in death along with her parents by a son in law, Kevin Johnson and a sister, Mary Lou Virgin.</p><br> <p>She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Richard Alan Crum; two daughters, Kellee Lynn Johnson of Greenup, Erica Leigh Lock and her husband Cody of Austin TX; four sons, Jason Alan Crum and his wife Carma Leta of Wurtland, Nicholas Aaron Crum and his wife Tabatha of Pearland TX, Brian Bennett Crum and his wife Amber of South Shore and Richard Tyler Crum of Lloyd; seventeen grandchildren, Chelsea Williams, Emily Johnson, Grant Johnson, Luke Johnson, Darius Crum, Dharia Crum, Davin Crum, Joshua Crum, Caleb Crum, Jonathan Crum, David Crum, Benaiah Crum, Isaac Crum, Ashon Crum, Whitley Crum, Josie Crum and Bennett Crum; five great grandchildren, Rosalie, Avery, Asher, Samson and Elisha; two brothers, Cleveland Tussey of Wurtland, Larry Ray Tussey and his wife Annette of South Shore; four sisters, Ollie Mae Wells and her husband Ralph of Wurtland, Barbara Jain Cook and her husband Robert of Russell, Jacqueline Tussey of Greenup and Leslie Renee Wright and her husband Neil of Greenup along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.</p><br> <p>Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Scott Hill.</p><br> <p>Burial will follow in the Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd KY.</p><br> <p>Visitation will be after 6:00 PM on Saturday, November 29, 2025, and from 12:00 Noon till the time of the funeral service on Sunday at the funeral home.</p><br> <p>Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.</p><br> <p>Online condolences may be made at www.wrightsfuneralhome.com.</p></p>
