<p>Seals, Tiffany age 29 years, 8 months and 13 days passed away suddenly on Monday October 6th, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital after a short illness.</p><p>She was born on Tuesday January 24th, in Dayton Ohio to father Mark Williams and mother Rhea Seals ( Ramey ). Tiffany is preceded in death by her mother Rhea Seals, grandmothers Christine Williams and Lucy Ramey as well as her great grandparents.</p><p>She is survived by father Mark Williams, grand-dad Willie Williams, sisters Keyana and Brittney, brothers Marcus, Gabriel and Justin as well as many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins and friends.</p><p>Tiffany lived and worked in the Dayton area her whole life.
