<p> Dorothy Louise Robinson passed away at her home at Brightview Senior Living in Perry Hall on August 16, 2025, at the age of 98½ years old. She was born on December 17, 1926, in Baltimore, MD to the late John Alonzo Jordan and Mary Althoff Jordan. Dorothy grew up in Emmitsburg, Md and graduated from Saint Joseph's High School in 1945. She later moved to Baltimore and held various jobs, retiring from Madison Square Bank as a teller.</p><p><br></p><p> Dorothy was married for 27 years to Jack Robinson who preceded her in death. Dorothy belonged to senior groups and loved playing bingo and cards, making longtime friends from these activities. In addition, she loved making her own greeting cards and sending them to her family and friends for birthdays and holidays. When Dorothy felt she could no longer care for the many flowers in her yard, that she lovingly cultivated, she moved to Brightview Senior Living in Perry Hall in August 2024, where she happily participated in the many activities and met new friends.</p><p><br></p><p> Dorothy was preceded in death by siblings Ann Slamovits, Rita Jordan, John Jordan, James Jordan, George Jordan, and Christina Boni, niece Barbara Tillman and nephew Edward Jordan. She is survived by her niece Mary Lou Jones and nephew John Jordan, several other family members, and many dear friends. Dorothy's smile, kindness and outgoing personality will be missed by all who knew her.</p><p><br></p>December 17, 1926 - August 16, 202512/17/192608/16/2025
