<p style="text-align: center;">December 15, 1945 – Calgary, Alberta</p><p style="text-align: center;">August 11, 2025 – Calgary, Alberta</p><p style="text-align: center;"><br></p><p>Colleen MacDonald, beloved wife of Bill MacDonald, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, at the age of 79 years.</p><p><br></p><p>She was born in Calgary on December 15, 1945, and she attended St. Peter’s Elementary and Junior High and St. Mary’s Girls High School.</p><p><br></p><p>Colleen married Bill 59 years ago, on June 25, 1966. They had two children, Tim (Melody) and Jennifer (Tom). Since then, they have also welcomed two grandchildren, Stacey and Mack.</p><p><br></p><p>Colleen worked at The Betty Shops when she and Bill were first married, and later, when the kids were grown, at Luxury Bath Fashions. She was a partner with Bill, handling office duties in their furniture agency business.</p><p><br></p><p>She loved wintering in Arizona and was an avid golfer. Skiing and racquetball were also a part of her sport résumé.</p><p><br></p><p>Our thanks to the whole team at the ALS Clinic at South Health Campus, the ALS Society in Calgary, and palliative home care.
