<p>Robert A. Rutolo, 73, of Belford, NJ, passed away on June 29, 2025. He was born in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Belford with his family. Robert was a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute, 1973, and a self-employed contractor for 50 years before retiring in 2018.</p><p><br></p><p>Robert’s journey through life was one marked with caring, commitment, and helping others. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Rita Rutolo; two sons, Robert (Amanda) Rutolo and Andrew (Tara) Rutolo; &nbsp;two grandchildren, Ava Madeline and Kyleigh, a sister, Denise Kascic, brother, AndrewRutolo, and sister-in-laws, Carol Rutolo, and Cathy Rutolo. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Robert was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Rutolo, his mother, Helen Rutolo, and his brother, Ronald Rutolo.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Visitation will be held Monday, July 7, 2025, from 4pm - 8pm at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown, NJ.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Agnes' Roman Catholic Church, 103 Center Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Entombment will follow at Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel, NJ.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in Robert's name to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
