<p>A funeral service with full military honors, for Senior Master Sergeant Charles Milton Ford, Sr. (USAF, Retired), 91, of Anniston, will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at K.L. Brown Memory Chapel in Golden Springs. Reverend Milton Harris and Reverend Richard Sego will officiate, and Chad Elliott will provide the eulogy. Burial will follow in Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Ford passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025 in Pell City. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Betty Mable Ford, and his wife of &nbsp;10 years, Judy Siegfred Ford; brothers, Johnnie Ford, Elmer Ford, Melvin Ford and Hershel Ford; and sisters, Audrey Montesanto and Mary Lavender.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Ford was born on July 20, 1933, in Eulaton, Alabama to the late John Wofford Ford and Audrey Stephenson Ford. Milton was a member of Hill Crest Baptist Church and the Inspiration Sunday School Class. He was a proud veteran of the Korean War and the Vietnam Conflict, and participated in the D-Day Memorial Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. He was also a Mason, York Rite.</p><p><br></p><p>Milton loved attending church, gospel music, helping others and volunteering. &nbsp;He enjoyed spending holidays with his family, and traveling. </p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his daughter, Sally Marie Elliott and her husband, Mike; his sons, Charles Milton Ford, Jr. and James Wofford Ford and his wife, Kaye; grandchildren, Brandi Jackson, Chad Elliott (Molly), Russell Ford, and Max Gobel (Whitney); great grandchildren, Bailey Tidwell, Makayley Tidwell, Christian Jackson, Beckham Sheldon, Lilly Pierce Elliott, and Sara Stephen Elliott; sister, Sara Thomas; and several nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Special friends and caregivers Raven Washburn, Valerie Hearn, and Rita Wright.</p><p><br></p><p>Pallbearers will be Chad Elliott, Russell Ford, David Ford, Jeffrey Thomas.</p><p><br></p><p>The Inspiration Sunday School Class will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.</p><p><br></p><p>Special thanks to Lakeside Hospice of Pell City, The McClellan Senior Living, and UAB St. Vincent's in Pell City</p><p><br></p><p>Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations may be made in Mr. Ford’s honor to a charity of your choice</p><p><br></p><p>Online condolences may be sent to www.klbrownmemorychapel.com</p><p><br></p><p>K.L.
